Come and join in this fall’s incredible event where you will be surrounded by the beauty and connection of our wonderful profession both on and off the stage. The AFC Fall Conference is an opportunity for you to re-connect with yourself, your colleagues and the wonderful profession of Chiropractic all while gaining CE. This weekend will include a CHA program.
