This year, the Chiropractic Society of Wisconsin celebrates its 10th year of serving and supporting Wisconsin chiropractors. Beginning as just a dream shared amongst a group of visionaries, the CSW has grown into a family of close to 400 chiropractors that stretches all across the state of Wisconsin. In honor of this very special year, we are excited to be celebrating with a carnival-themed CE seminar featuring passionate speakers, motivated and driven doctors and staff members, and an interactive exhibit hall with carnival games and activities! Earning CE’s is just an added bonus to an already impactful weekend.
Dr. David Fletcher will be kicking off the weekend with a 2-hour CE presentation on Friday, October 7th at 8:30am!
