Fullfillment Policies

Refund policy: A full refund will be issued on orders cancelled within 48 hours of ordering. If shipment of the order has been completed in that time, the item may be returned, in unopened and unused condition at the expense of the client for return shipping. After that time, a restocking fee may apply.

Delivery Policy: Replacement parts purchased through the online store, will be delivered in the continental USA via UPS ground or other delivery services. Any faster delivery service must be ordered and paid for by the client in advance. International orders are fulfilled with the intent of using reasonable, cost effective options. These shipments take longer to fulfil and be delivered and must be received with using a signature.

Return Policy: Replacement parts may be returned at the clients’ expense within 48 hours of receiving them for a full refund of the item’s purchase price. The item may be returned, in unopened and unused condition at the expense of the client for the return shipping. After that time, a restocking fee may apply.
